Track Precision Ball Review

What I wanted from this ball: I didn't have any particular performance target when drilling this ball. I just wanted to take Track's newest performance ball out for an evaluation of what they're doing this season in their new line.

What I ended up with in this ball: The Track Precision offers a nice balance of length and control features. With a new Prime Pearl coverstock, I found this Track fairly easy to clear the heads on all but the driest of lane conditions. The Precision SD core system is a very high differential, high mass bias rated core designed for quick revving action, and strong mid-lane reaction. Overall I saw this on most of the conditions I threw the Precision on. The Precision matched up particularly well during practice at Park Lanes with their lane condition that's more on the medium side with very clean backends. Shots thrown on the heavier oil at Sterling Bowl showed the weakness in the pearl/polished combination from this Track piece.

It's certainly a unique looking product as well. We don't have anything else on the wall right now in a red/white/blue combination. The Track brand has a long history of creating very good high-performance, high-end ball motions, and the Precision should be a nice addition for the brand. We keep the Precision in stock in 15#, and can tell you more about it at the store today!
